1. RentGrid.com and Rent Grid Marketing LLC, makes no guarantee that any particular property will be rented.
2. Property owners rent to persons contacted through this resource at their own risk. RentGrid.com and Rent Grid Marketing LLC make no guarantees regarding any renter’s character or ability to pay their rent.
3. RentGrid.com and Rent Grid Marketing LLC accepts credit card payments, certain exceptions do apply. Any non-payment issue for the use of this resource, except in the case of provable bank error, will result in cancellation of this service to the non-paying party and the removal of ALL PROPERTIES they have listed in the system. In the case of such removal there will be NO REFUND of any payments already made.
4. There will be no substitutions of listings. If a listed property rents before the listing expires, another property may not be substituted in the system for the rented property. There will be no full or partial returns of payment for property listings that rent before the listing expires.
5. Any and all disputes between any property owner and any renter are between the property owner and the renter and Rentgrid.com and Rent Grid Marketing LLC hold no liability or responsibility for any such disputes.
6. This website is a place for prospective renters to view properties and for property owners or their agents to place their properties before the public. There are no agreements, implied or otherwise, between any renter and RentGrid.com or Rent Grid Marketing LLC. There are no other agreements, implied or otherwise, between any property owner and RentGrid.com or between any property owner and Rent Grid Marketing LLC, other than those specifically stated herin.
7. Property listers and prospective listers will be provided pertinent statistics regarding the use of this system upon request.
8. RentGrid.com and Rent Grid Marketing LLC and its agents reserve the right to remove any listing information at any time for any reason.
9. Consent to E-mail Communications from Rentgrid.com, Affiliates, and Third Parties. From time to time, we will send you e-mail announcements or correspondence on new features, products and services offered by Rentgrid.com, selected advertisers, affiliates, and related companies. BY PURCHASING, USING, OR ENJOYING THE SERVICES ON Rentgrid.com, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT AND OPT-IN TO RECEIVING E-MAIL FROM Rentgrid.com, ITS AFFILIATES, RELATED COMPANIES, AND ADVERTISERS. Enter "cancel" in the subject line, type a short message including the address of the property to be canceled, reason why and send. Once the e-mail is sent and received, your property listing will be removed from the site within 24 hours. You may also simply call your local representative to notify Rentgrid.com of the cancelation followed by a written conformation or e-mail. IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEIR AD HAS BEEN CANCELED TO AVOID FURTHER REBILLING. If you purchased the monthly plan your listing will automatically renew on a month to month basis therefore resulting in monthly automatic payments from your bank account to Rent Grid Marketing LLC.
11. Signage provided by Rentgrid.com is property of Rent Grid Marketing LLC. Upon successful leasing or cancelation of the listing the owner may store the sign in consideration of convenience for the possibility of activating a new listing in the future, otherwise the sign can be dropped off at the Rentgrid.com office or scheduled for pickup by a Rentgrid.com representative.
12. Rent Grid Marketing LLC and Rentgrid.com make no guarantee to the proper placement of the sign associated with your account. It is the owners’ sole responsibility to ensure its placement and to maintain its appearance. Rent Grid Marketing, Rentgrid.com and any associated members will not be responsible for any damages stemming from a Rentgrid.com yard sign. Furthermore, any alterations made to Rentgrid.com signs that are not performed or authorized by Rent Grid Marketing LLC is prohibited. Rentgrid.com or Rent Grid Marketing LLC will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized alterations made to signs.

1. All information has been provided by the property owner or their agent and can only be guaranteed for accuracy by the property owner or their agent. RentGrid.com and Rent Grid Marketing LLC cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies. RentGrid.com and Rent Grid Marketing LLC have no control regarding who an owner rents to.

All renters are hereby informed that all property rental offers are available on an equal opportunity basis.
